Welcome to the new website for Lisnagry Association.

Lisnagry Association is charitable body formed by parents, siblings, friends and advocates of loved ones attending the Daughters of Charity Service at Lisnagry in Limerick. The Daughters of Charity provides a facility of care for people with intellectual and physical disabilities. Through our fundraising initiaitives within the Lisnagry Association,  we are continuously seeking ways to improve the quality of life experiences for all those attending Lisnagry.

Our new website has been developed for two specific purposes. Firstly, to provide you with information about the activities of the Association so that you can see how useful your support and contributions have been, and secondly, to encourage you to donate small sums through our new lottery venture.

We are fully aware of the current economic climate that we are facing in Ireland at present. We also understand that times are hard for many people and in such uncertain times it is difficult to fund charitable causes. For us, we too have experienced this hardship through cut backs, withdrawal of capital expenditure and far fewer donations -  all of which have affected the service that we require for our loved ones. Such curtailed investment creates a serious and further disadvantage for members of our society. It is for this reason we ask you to consider, if possible, donating any amount by playing the lottery. And who knows, through helping someone else you may become a winner yourself.
